    Tuna Steaks Glazed w/ Ginger, Lime & Soy

    List of Ingredients

    * 4 tuna steaks, 1 inch thick
    * 2 tbsp lime juice
    * 1-1/2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
    * 2 garlic cloves, crushed
    * 2 tsp grated ginger
    * 1-1/2 tsp sesame oil** (I used no-salt added chicken broth)
    * 1 tsp chili pepper, minced
    * 1 tsp sugar** (I used Splenda)

    Recipe

    Whisk ingredients in a small bowl. Pour marinade over fish and turn to coat. Cover and let marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature or 1 hour in the refrigerator, turning fish once or twice and spooning marinade over it.

    Preheat broiler and broil fish 4 inches from heat until glazed and golden, basting a couple times with marinade, about 3 minutes. Carefully turn fish, broil until glazed and just cooked. Transfer to a plate and spoon the juice over the top. This can be grilled on a George Foreman grill. Do not overcook.
