    Steamed Garlic Prawns Chinese-Style

    20 large tiger prawns with shell
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons soy sauce substitute
    1 teaspoon brandy

    Recipe



    1. Wash prawns thoroughly and leave shells on, including the head. In a large bowl, combine prawns, garlic, soy sauce substitute and brandy.

    2. Fill a pot or wok 1/2 full of water. Bring the water to a boil, place a steamer basket over the water and place the shrimp mixture into the steamer basket. Cover and steam for 10 minutes or until the prawns turn orange. Serve hot.
