    List of Ingredients




    * 4 cans albacore tuna
    * 1 small onion, finely chopped
    * 1/2 large red pepper, finely chopped
    * parsley flakes to taste
    * 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
    * pepper to taste (I use red pepper flakes and take it up a notch!)
    * 2/3 cup potato flakes
    * prepared egg whites (liquid kind)
    * low sodium chicken broth

    Recipe



    Chop onion, red pepper, parsley and celery and add to drained albacore tuna. Add pepper and any spices as desired. Add egg whites to moisten, then add potato flakes. Mix thoroughly and add enough chicken broth to moisten and form into a loaf shape. Place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and bake at 350° for about 40 minutes or until slightly browned.
