    Escarole Soup

    List of Ingredients

    1 head Escarole
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 lg can College in 99% FF chicken broth
    Garlic

    Recipe

    Sautee garlic in pam till golden brown. Cut stewed tomatoes into cubes. After garlic is brown throw in tomatoes and sautee for a few minutes. After cleaning escarole well, chop up and place in pot. Sautee for a minute then add chicken broth. Let simmer till escarole is tender.
