    Roasted Red Bell Pepper

    1 red bell pepper

    Recipe

    Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line a baking pan with foil. Place the peper in the pan and bake for 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove the peper from the oven and place it in a plastic bag, then seal the bag shut. (Don't panic if the skin of your pepper has turned black..it's a good thing.) When the pepper is cool enough to handle, remove it from the bag and peel off its skin. Cut it open and remove the seeds, then slice the flesh into long strips.
