    Skillet Cabbage

    List of Ingredients

    * 1/2 head green cabbage (or more if you like)
    * 1 can salt-free vegetable broth
    * black pepper
    * fresh spices of your choice, such as dill or parsley. Dried spices will work also.
    * 1-2 tbsp tomato paste or just squeeze and use fresh tomatoes (optional)

    Recipe

    Cut cabbage into small pieces. Pour broth into deep skillet or pan. Bring to a boil and add cabbage, tomato paste, and spices. Cover pan (very important) and cook in juices for about 10-15 minutes, stirring once or twice.
