    Steamed Zucchini

    List of Ingredients

    2 large zucchini
    1 medium yellow or red onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    juice of 1 lemon
    pepper to taste

    Recipe

    Clean the zucchini and cut them into thin slices. Slice the onion thin and quarter it. Using a steamer, put the zucchini and onion pieces into the basket and steam for about 4 minutes. Remove, spritz with lemon juice, add the garlic, and season to taste with pepper. Serve hot.
