    Same as the 1 1/2 lb loaf only larger. The 2 lb uses less yeast so that is not a misprint.

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 cups water
    2 Tbsp margarine or butter, softened
    4 cups bread flour
    3 Tbsp dry milk
    2 Tbsp sugar
    2 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast

    Recipe



    Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

    Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan; cool on wire rack.

    Yield: 2 lb loaf (16 slices)
