1/2 cup butter
1 whole garlic clove
6 oz Chicken of the Sea lump crabmeat
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan
1/2 tsp course ground pepper
Salt to taste
12 oz Fettucini, cooked and drained
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Recipe
1. Drain crabmeat and separate into chunks.
2. Melt butter in heavy medium skillet over medium heat.
3. Add garlic and saute until golden.
4. Stir in crabmeat, cream, parmesan chees, pepper and salt and cook for 3 minutes, stirring.
5 Pour crab sauce over fettucini in large serving bowl and toss well.
6 Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
