Very easy yet full of flavor.
List of Ingredients
2 celery ribs, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 pound fresh large shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream or chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup water
Dash cayenne pepper
Hot cooked rice
Paprika
Recipe
In a large skillet, cook celery, green pepper and green onions in butter until tender. Add shrimp and cook 3-5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Add soup, water and cayenne; heat through. Serve over hot cooked rice. Sprinkle with paprika.
Yield: 4 servings
