    Freshness mixed with the crunch of toasted pecans and a light fruity twist.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 (11 oz) cans mandarin oranges, drained
    • 1 small cabbage-finely chopped
    • 1/2 c toasted pecans
    • 3/4 c mayo
    • 1 TBSP lemon juice
    • 1 TBSP sugar
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • dash pepper


    Instructions


    1. Dice oranges. Mix cabbage, oranges and pecans. Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour over slaw and toss lightly. Cover and chill 30 minutes before serving.
