List of Ingredients
- 2 (11 oz) cans mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 small cabbage-finely chopped
- 1/2 c toasted pecans
- 3/4 c mayo
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TBSP sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash pepper
Instructions
- Dice oranges. Mix cabbage, oranges and pecans. Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour over slaw and toss lightly. Cover and chill 30 minutes before serving.
