Angel Biscuits

List of Ingredients
- 2 pkgs dry yeast
- 5 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup shortening
- 2 cups buttermilk
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water. Set aside.
- Mix dry ingredients in order given.
- Cut in shortening.
- Stir in milk and yeast. (May not need all)
- Blend thoroughly and roll out dough.
- Cut biscuits and let rise 15 minutes.
- Bake 400*F for 12-15 minutes.
