Oatmeal Cookie Pancakes

List of Ingredients
- 1 c oats
- 1 c flour
- 1/4 c chopped walnuts
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c milk
- 3/4 c sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 c veggie oil
- 2 ripe bananas
- handful raisins
- butter to coat griddle
Instructions
- Preheat griddle or skillet to medium heat.
Dry ingredients first: mix oats, flour, walnuts, baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Then mix wet ingredients: eggs, milk, sour cream, vanilla, and oil. Then add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Mash the bananas and mix with the raisins. Add banana mix to pancake mix.
- Coat preheat griddle or skillet with a little butter and pour out pancake mix. Flip when the pancake is ready.
- Serve with maple syrup.
