    List of Ingredients


    • 1 c tartar sauce, divided
    • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
    • 1 tsp grated lime peel
    • 4 (4oz) tilapia fillets (thawed if frozen)
    • 1/4 c butter, divided
    • 1 1/4 c breadcrumbs
    • 1 egg, lightly beaten
    • 1 large clove garlic, minced
    • 2 tsp lemon pepper
    • coleslaw (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Stir together tartar sauce, lime juice and lime peel.
    2. Coat large skillet with 2 tbsp butter. Cook fillets 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with a fork. Flake fish fillets and place in a large bowl. Add 1/3 c of the tartar sauce mixture, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, and lemon pepper, stirring gently to combine ingredients. Shape into 6 patties.
    3. Cook patties in batches in remaining 2 tbsp butter over med-high heat 5 min on each side or until golden brown. Serve immediately with remaining tarter sauce mixture and coleslaw, if desired.
