List of Ingredients
- 1/2 Pkg pork ribs, cut up
- 1 small onion, quartered
- 1 medium tomato, quartered
- 1 bag red radishes, peeled
- 1/2 head cabbage, quartered and then quartered again
- handful green beans
- 1-3 chayote squash
- salt
- pepper
- white rice
Instructions
- In a large pot, add pork ribs and cover about 2 inches with water. Bring to a boil and reduce to medium heat. Cook until almost done.
- Add onion and tomato and cook until tomato is done.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Add radishes and chayoted squash and cook until tender.
- Add green beans and simmer for 8 minutes.
- Add cabbage and simmer 8-10 minutes.
- Serve with Rice.
Final Comments
Where gloves when cutting squash. Could make hands very itchy.
