    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 Pkg pork ribs, cut up
    • 1 small onion, quartered
    • 1 medium tomato, quartered
    • 1 bag red radishes, peeled
    • 1/2 head cabbage, quartered and then quartered again
    • handful green beans
    • 1-3 chayote squash
    • salt
    • pepper
    • white rice


    Instructions


    1. In a large pot, add pork ribs and cover about 2 inches with water. Bring to a boil and reduce to medium heat. Cook until almost done.
    2. Add onion and tomato and cook until tomato is done.
    3. Add salt and pepper.
    4. Add radishes and chayoted squash and cook until tender.
    5. Add green beans and simmer for 8 minutes.
    6. Add cabbage and simmer 8-10 minutes.
    7. Serve with Rice.


    Final Comments


    Where gloves when cutting squash. Could make hands very itchy.
