BLUEBERRY CRISP

List of Ingredients
4 cups blueberries
1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 1/4 cups old-fashioned oats
2/3 cup light brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ginger
1 stick butter
Recipe
Place blueberries in greased 8" square dish
Toss with lemon juice.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add melted butter and mix well.
Pat mixture on top of blueberries.
Bake at 375* for 30 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
