10 ears fresh corn removed from cob or 3-4 cans corn
4 Tbsp. butter
1 cup chopped onion
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 cloves garlic
1 can stewed tomatoes with peppers, onions(could use Ro-Tel)

In a heavy pot saute onion, garlic and bell pepper.
Add corn and tomatoes. Adjust seasoning.
Cook covered about 1 hour.
