Maple-Walnut Pie Bars

1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury Refrigerated Sugar Cookies
3 eggs
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 T. all-purpose flour
1-1/3 cups maple-flavored syrup
1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts
Powdered sugar, if desired
Recipe
Heat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for dark pan). In ungreased 13x9-inch pan, break up cookie dough; press evenly in pan to form crust. Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in brown sugar, flour, and syrup until well blended. Stir in walnuts.
Remove partially baked crust from oven. Pour egg mixture evenly over crust. Return to oven; bake 30 to 35 minutes longer or until filling is set. Cool completely on wire rack , about 1-1/2 hours. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into bars. Yield: 36 bars
