l lb. Ground Beef (1 1/2 lb. for 12, 2/1 lb. for 18)
1 T. Butter (2 T for 12, 3 T for 18)
1/2 t. Sugar (1 t. for 12, 1 1/2 t. for 18)
1/2 t. Salt (1 t. for 12, 1 1/2 t. for 18)
Onion, Pepper to Taste.
1 Can Tomato Sauce (2 Cans for 12 - 3 8 oz. cans for 18)
4 oz. Cream Cheese (8 oz. for 12 or 12 oz. for 18)
1/3 C. Sour Cream (2/3 C. for 12 or 1C. for 18)
6 oz. Wide Noodles (8 oz. for 12 or 12 oz. for 18)
NOTE: 8 oz. Noodles is 4 cups dry.
1/4 C. Grated American Cheese (1/2 C for 12 or 3/4C for 18)
Recipe
Combine and brown butter, ground beef, sugar, salt, pepper, onion (or onion salt - pinch).
Add: tomato sauce, cream cheese, sour cream.
Combine with cooked noodles
Place all in a shallow pan and sprinkle with cheese.
Refrigerate until ready to bake. Bake at 350° until bubbly - about 1/2 hour.
