Recipe Introduction
Bake for 50 minutes at 350°. Then sprinkle 3 ounces of chow mein noodles over top. Bake 10 more minutes.
List of Ingredients
3/4 lb. Hamburger
1 small onion - chopped
1/2 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 C. Water
1/4 C. Uncooked White Rice
2 T Soy Sauce.
3 Oz. Chow Mein NoodlesRecipe
Sautee hamburger until no longer red. Add one small chopped onion and cook five minutes.
Bake 50 minutes, then add chow mein noodles, and bake
another 10 minutes.
For 60:
6 lbs. hamburger
2 large onions
4 C. Cream of Mushroom Soup
4 C. Cream of Chicken Soup
1 C. Soy Sauce
2 Cups Uncooked White Rice
18 oz. Noodles
