    Fills and frosts two 8" or 9" cake layers.

    List of Ingredients




    3 1/2 C. Sifted Powdered Sugar, divided
    1/2 C. Butter, softened
    3 Envelopes (3 oz.) Nestle Choco-bake
    1 t. Vanilla Extract
    1/8 t. Salt
    1 Egg
    1/4 C. Milk

    Recipe



    In large bowl, combine 1 C powdered sugar, butter, Nestle Choco-bake, vanilla extract and salt; beat until creamy.

    Beat in egg. Alternately blend in remaining powdered sugar and milk. Continue beating at medium speed until thick enough to spread - about 2 minutes.
