List of Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup half & half (or heavy cream)
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup splenda
1 cup Carbsense Bake Mix
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanillaRecipe
Add together, the bake mix, baking powder, baking soda, Splenda, and cinnamon. Set this aside, and, in another bowl, beat the eggs, until they are light in color, and fluffy. Add the half & half, and beat a couple minutes longer. Stir in the oil. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, and blend. Add the vanilla, and blend. Place in a greased bread loaf pan, and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
