    Recipe makes 24 mini muffins. If made with Splenda, each muffin is .7 carbs. If made with a "0" carb sugar alcohol, the whole recipe is 5 carbs, total. Bake at 350 degrees, for 15 minutes,

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup Carbsense "0" carb bake mix
    1/4 cup Splenda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons butter, melted
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 tablespoons heavy cream
    2 tablespoons water
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 24 mini muffin pan. In one bowl, mix the bake mix, Splenda, and salt. In another bowl, mix the sour cream, butter, cream, water, and vanilla. Add the sour cream mixture to the dry ingredients. Once you have it all mixed well, fold in the nuts. Put, approximately, 1 heaping tablespoon of mix in each muffin section.
    Bake 15 minutes, or until lightly browned on top.
