    This cake is made in the microwave. I use a cereal bowl size. Carb count is 6.2 for the recipe

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup bake mix (carbsense "0" carbs)
    1 tablespoon cocoa powder
    1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    5 packets splenda
    2 tablespoons butter-melted
    1 tablespoon water
    1 egg

    Recipe



    Mix the dry ingredients in a 2 cup microwave bowl. Add the water, butter, and egg. Blend thoroughly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, cut a small hole in the center, to vent the the steam. Microwave for 1-1 1/2 minutes, until the toothpick comes out clean.
