Chocolate Fudge

Recipe Introduction
The carb count for fudge is 10.9. This tastes great, but, if it doesn't set up, it makes great frosting.
List of Ingredients
1 square (1 oz) unsweetened baking chocolate
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter
4 packages splendaRecipe
Melt butter and chocolate, in a saucepan or a bowl (for microwave). When melted, slowly stir in the cream. Add the splenda, and blend well. Pour on to a buttered dish, cover, and refrigerate.
I have had this, not set up, before, but, it's so good, that I have used it for frosting. To do this, I added another 1/4 cup of cream, and put it back in the microwave for 2 minutes, doing this one minute at a time, and stir between times.
