Recipe Introduction
The carb count is 10 for the recipe, and I cut them into 10 pieces, so they are 1 carb each.
List of Ingredients
2 oz cream cheese
2 tablespoons peanut butter
6 teaspoons Splenda-sugar substitute
Topping:
1/2 oz semi-sweet chocolate
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons Splenda
dash of salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
Mix the ingredients well, and form into a square. Place this in the fridge, on a piece of foil, for an hour.
Melt the chocolate with the butter. Add the Splenda, salt, and vanilla.
Pour the chocolate mix over the cream cheese mix, and return to the fridge, until set. Cut in 10 pieces, after it has set up.
