This makes a 32 oz jar, with hardly any carbs. Tastes great on hot veggies or cold, and salads.
List of Ingredients
1 jar mayonaise (32 oz)
1 cup splenda-granular
1 cup rice vinegar (Star brand-light and mild)
Recipe
Take some of the mayonaise out of the jar. Add half of the splenda, and pour half the vinegar on top of that. Stir it up well, and add the remainder of the mayo, back in to the jar. Stir, again. According to your taste, add the other half of splenda and pour the other half of vinegar on top. Stir well. It will be runny. Pour it over your veggies or salad. Yum!!!
I like the taste, with 1 cup of each, added, but, someone else may like it weaker. Be sure to pour vinegar over the splenda, as it will dissolve it, and you won't get crystals. The person who gave me the recipe, said that it has been in his family, since he was a kid, but, didn't mind giving the recipe out.
