This ice cream has to be made in an ice cream maker. Total carbs depends on which brand you use, so, check your product listing.
Estimate would be 1.2 for eggs, 12.8 for cream, and 32 for half & half. 46 carbs for the recipe.
List of Ingredients
2 eggs-beaten
1 1/4 cup Splenda
1 pint heavy cream
1 quart half & half
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 bag of ice
rock salt
Recipe
Whip eggs with a wisk. Add Splenda, and continue to wisk, until well blended. Gradually wisk in the remaining ingredients.
Instead of vanilla you can add 1/2 cup Torani (SF) syrups, for a different flavor,1/2 cup cocoa powder, or other flavors of your choice. Don't forget to add the carbs.
Once you have poured the mix into the ice cream maker tub, and installed it, then you must layer ice and rock salt around the tub. It will take about 30 minutes to finish.
NOTE: After 30 minutes, too soft, add more salt around the canister. Before 15 minutes, machine stops, and it's too hard, add more water around the canister.
