    Net carbs for these, are 2.3 each. Recipe makes 9 bars. I have changed it, to my taste.

    List of Ingredients




    1 ounce unsweetened bakers chocolate
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons heavy cream
    3 packet splenda
    3 scoops (1 cup)vanilla designer protein powder
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
    2 tablespoons sugar free torani chocolate syrup

    Recipe



    Melt chocolate and butter in microwave. Stir until mixed. Blend in, the splenda and cream. Add the protein powder, nuts, coconut, and mix well. Add the syrup. At this point, it is best to mix with your hands, as the mixture is crumbly, and you can form it, together. Press mixture into a bread pan, and refrigerate until solid. Cut into 9 pieces. These can be frozen.
