Recipe Introduction
These bars remind me of a carmel, with the vanilla flavor. Each piece has, about 2.8 net carbs. Recipe makes 9 big pieces. I have changed this, original recipe, to my taste. I, also, melt a lc chocolate bar or mint patty, and spread over the top of this, but, that's optional.
List of Ingredients
7 scoops vanilla designer protein powder (or your favorite flavor)
1/2 cup of butter - melted
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup pecans
1/4 cup splenda
Recipe
Soften the butter and cream cheese together, and mix. Add the rest of the ingredients, and mix well. Mixing with your hands, will make this a lot easier, as you can blend it well enough to spread in a pan. Mix will be stiff. Press into a bread pan, chill, and cut in to 9 bars. You can freeze these.
You could, also, add other things to this, such as chocolate pieces, seeds, coconut, etc. to suit your taste.
