    Recipe Introduction

    This is a great snack, when you want something crispy, and don't want a lot of carbs. Make ahead, and store in a baggie. These are made in the microwave.

    List of Ingredients

    Any shredded cheese
    parchment paper


    Place parchment paper on a paper plate. Make a small pile of shredded cheese on it, and spread out, so it is thin, and looks lacey, like a doily. Microwave for 2 minutes. When these are done, you can tap them with your fingernail, and they will be solid, and crispy.
    Your microwave may be different than mine, so, do the fingernail test. These are great with a salad, or, just as a snack. Any shredded cheese will work, but, I like cheddar, myself.
    Also, use the paper, over and over, until you've made all the crisps that you want.
