    Pigeon Pea Curry Dip

    List of Ingredients

    1 can Goya Pigeon Peas drained
    1/2 pt. Tofutti mock sour cream
    2 tbsp. onion, grated
    1 ripe Haas avocado
    1 small tin green salsa
    1/2 to 1 tsp. curry, according to taste (check for GF status)
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper

    Recipe

    1. Mush peas into pulp; add remaining ingredients.
    2. Mix well and chill.
