    Mushroom and Sun Dried Tomato Spread

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/2 lb. portabella mushrooms
    1/2 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes
    1/4 cup green onions, chopped
    3 garlic cloves
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    2 loaves french-style (GF) bread, cut into diagonal slices or preferred
    crackers

    Recipe

    1. In food processor or blender puree first six ingredients.

    2. Toast bread in oven until lightly browned. Place bread on
    serving dish or bowl. If using crackers warm them slightly in the oven to freshen.

    3. Place mushroom mixture into bowl. Spread mixture onto bread and serve or have each person do their own.
