List of Ingredients
1 16 oz can white kidney beans (mashed)
1 16 oz can slice black olives
vegan worcestershire to taste
salt and pepper to taste
three green onions sliced finely
vegan mayo to taste
dash of lemon juice for zing
Recipe
Stir together and let sit overnight for flavours to blend.
If you like, you can add avocado for smoothness and lessen the mayo AND you can add green salsa or peppers for a hint more flavour. Chipotles are really nice, but don't use the skins.
