Herbed Triangles

Recipe Introduction
These triangles offer a lovely and fresh taste. Be be careful they can be addictive.
List of Ingredients
1/3 cup finely chopped green onion
1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
1/3 cup minced fresh dill
12 thin slice of white or wheat bread, crust removed
1/2 cup vegan margarine, softenedRecipe
In a medium bowl combine green onions, parsley and dill. Place mixture on sheet of parchment paper.
Spread each bread slice evenly with margarine, cut into triangles. Press buttered" side of triangle into herb mixture and serve.
Note: alternative. Toast bread and allow to cool before spreading margarine evenly over the surface and cutting into triangles.
