    List of Ingredients




    2 Tbsp. oilve oil
    3 onions, chopped
    3 cloved garlic, minced
    1 cup chopped, canned or fresh tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. flour (gluten free if necessary)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup tomato juice (from canned tomatoes)
    6 cups cooked pinto beans
    2 tsp. Taco Seasoning

    Recipe



    Place oil in a large frying pan with the onions, garlic, and tomatoes. Saute for 10 minutes. Stir in flour. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour. Stir frequently.

    Serve as is or over rice. Excellent!!!
