    I make a smoothie for Breakfast each morning that is one can of coconut milk, frozen strawberries, fresh banana, 1 heaping Tblsp flax meal, stevia and rice milk to reach desired consistency. Very good. Very filling. I can go for 6 hours without hunger or my sugar dropping.
