Recipe Introduction
Here's a recipe for a smoothie or shake that subs as a meal. I can go up to 6 hours without need of food after one of these and it helps control my sugar since I am hypoglycemic.
List of Ingredients
1 can coconut milk
1 packet Stevia
2 bananas
1 cup frozen fruit (or more if needed)
enough rice milk to correct the consistency
2 TBLSP flax seed mealRecipe
Blend all in blender addin rice milk until desired consistency is reached.
Serves up 2 large (16oz)
