I can't give you proportions.......exactly....but will try to guess..
List of Ingredients
In my Bosch blender....I put in 2 or more frozen bananas. Then I add a couple heaping Tablespoons of juice concentrate....(orange juice.....etc.
Once I used peach, mango, orange and that was really good)
Then I add about 1/3 cup of coconut milk. A couple of tablespoons of cubed pineapple. A half a frozen peach (or canned, or fresh) and about 1/2 cup (maybe more) of frozen strawberries. I put in about 2 Tablespoons of Sucanat. I add water almost to the top of the blender and blend......
Pour into pretty stemware......and you have as nice a smoothie as you can get anywhere....IMHO. You can vary the fruit to what is in season....but, I really like the combo of pineapple.....peach.....coconut.....banana, and strawberry...... ohhhhhh la la......Try it you will like it......
Another way is to substitute frozen mangoes for the peaches.....and that is even better!! Try adding some stevia instead of the sucanat....or cut the sucanat in half and add a pinch of stevia.....experiment until it is how YOU
