    ½ 12.3-ounce package Mori-Nu Lite Silken Tofu (firm)
    1 ripe banana
    ½ cup calcium-fortified orange juice concentrate
    1 cup fortified vanilla soymilk
    2 tablespoons maple syrup
    ½ teaspoon vanilla
    5 ice cubes

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until completely smooth. Serve immediately.

    Makes about 3 cups
