    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 cup warm water
    1 tps sea salt
    3 tbls maple syrup
    6 tbls flaxseed meal or 2 tbls olive oil (extra virgin & cold pressed)
    1/2 cup stoneground whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup spelt flour
    1/2 cup barley flour
    1/2 cup millet flour
    1/2 cup oat flour
    1/2 cup rye flour
    1/2 cup soy flour
    1/3 + cup of gluten
    2 + tps yeast

    Recipe



    Place ingredients in bread machine and set for the 2 lb. cycle. 10 minutes before kneading cycle stops for the first rise; add 1/2 cup raw sesame seeds. 5 minutes later add 1/2 cup raw sunflower seed.
    This makes a very nutty flavored, heavy, nutritious, very high in fiber and wonderful bread. The recipe is flexible.
    If you know how to get it to rise better or bake it in the oven please let us rookies know.
