    List of Ingredients




    1 long vegan baguette, French or Italian, about 3 inches in diameter.

    Topping:
    2-3 seeded tomatoes
    3 green onions (or 1/2 small red onion)
    3 cloves garlic
    3 tbl extra virgin olive oil
    1 hadful fresh basil
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Slice baguette on the diagonal 1/2 " thick and lay slices on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350-375 for 10 or so minutes or until golden.

    Topping:
    Into a food processor put: tomatoes green onions 3 cloves garlic and extra virgin olive oil

    Pulse a few times to chop everything well, then add a handful of fresh
    basil leaves and pulse again till finely chopped.

    Season with salt and pepper. Add parsley if you don't like basil.

    Put 2 tbl of topping on bread slices and serve immediately.
