4 Slices Stale Bread
2 T. Olive Oil
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 T. Vegan Parmesan CheeseRecipe
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 375 degrees. Cut bread into 1/2" cubes. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Add bread cubes and toss until coated. Spread cubes in a single layer on cookie sheet or similar flat pan. Bake until golden brown, which should take no more 15 minutes (check frequently).
About 3 Cups.
