    2 cups all-purpose flour
    3 tsp baking powder
    3/4 tsp salt
    6 tbls soy margarine
    3/4 cup soymilk

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 425. Grease a baking sheet

    Sift flour, baking powder and salt together in a large mixing bowl. Add the
    margarine to the flour mixture until it looks like coarse crumbs. Stir in
    the soy milk and form the dough into a ball.

    On a floured surface, roll out the dough about 2 inches thick. Cut into 2
    inch rounds with a cookie cutter.

    Place on sheet and bake for 15 minutes, until slightly brown.
