2 c. water
1/2 c. cashews
2 Tbsp. flour of choice (garbanzo flour works well)
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoningRecipe
1. Blend all ingredients in the blender except for the Italian seasoning.
2. Pour blended mixture into a saucepan, add the Italian seasoning and cook,
stirring over medium heat until thickened.
