    List of Ingredients




    1 cup water or milk alternative
    1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener of choice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 cup oil
    4 cups rolled quinoa flakes

    Recipe



    Mix in order given. Knead. Roll out thin between waxed paper. Cut squares. Transfer to baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes.
