    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. water (warm)
    5 dates
    2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
    3/4 cup rolled oats, quick
    3/4 cup oat flour
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup coconut (unsweetened)
    3/4 cup chopped cashews or other
    1 1/2 tsp. salt

    Recipe



    Whiz water, seeds and dates together.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients.
    Knead into a stiff dough.
    Roll out on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

    Note: Make oat flour by whizzing dry rolled oats in blender
