    Pecan and Rice Patties

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup pecans (chopped)
    1 cup cooked brown rice
    1 cup fresh whole grain bread crumbs
    1 to 2 tablespoons of whole grain flour
    2 stalks celery (chopped)
    1 to 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
    1 small onion (finely chopped)
    1 cup purified water

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients and shape into 3-inch patties. Place on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with liquid lecithin. Bake in a 350-degree pre-heated oven for about 40- 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
