    List of Ingredients




    1 c. soaked soy beans
    1/2 c. water, approximately
    2 Tbs. yeast flakes, optional
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbs. dry or 2 Tbs. fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2-3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. oats

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients except rolled oats, onion and celery in blender.
    Place in bowl. Add remaining ingredients; let stand 10 minutes to absorb moisture.
    Shape into patties. Brown both sides in a non-stick skillet. Serve with tomato sauce. Or bake on cookie sheet at 350° for 30 minutes. Flip and continue to bake 10-20 minutes, until firm.
