    Caramel Cake

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 lb vegan margarine
    1 teacup sugar
    1 liquid egg replacer
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 Tbs golden syrup
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 cup soy milk
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp cocoa
    1 tsp cinnamon

    Recipe

    Cream vegan margarine and sugar, add egg replacer, warm soy milk and golden syrup when hot add soda and beat into margarine. Sift in flour and baking powder.
    Pour half the mixture into a greased tin, add cocoa and cinnamon to remaining half and pour into tin on top of other mixture. Bake 3/4 hour. Ice with chocolate icing.
